Customer checks start with the information you provide. We ask for additional verification based on your use case, requested access, and risk.

Information you provide

All customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about themselves and, where applicable, their business. This includes your full name and address details. For a business, include its registered name, company details, and information about its authorized representative. We may ask what you plan to use SOAX for.

Screening

We screen every customer’s details against applicable sanctions lists and other relevant watchlists. For lower-risk use within the default access limits, you generally do not need to provide identity documents. Complete any checks we request during onboarding before you buy or activate a paid service.

Additional verification

We may ask for further verification on any plan, including proactive checks on selected accounts. Access beyond the default limits and certain Enterprise plans or agreements require a more detailed review. This may include verifying your identity or company, checking ownership or your authority to represent a business, and asking for evidence to support your use case.

Keeping your details up to date

Let us know about significant changes to your details or how you use SOAX. We may ask for updated information or repeat checks, and limit access while a required review is pending. Use the dashboard or follow our team’s instructions to complete verification. See the KYC & KYB Policy for requirements and the Privacy Policy for how we handle verification data.
