Eligibility
Your organization must be on an Enterprise plan, have a signed Order Form, and have completed business verification. Only the Owner can submit a request, and they must have completed identity verification. If you do not meet these requirements, contact support before buying or changing plans. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee approval. What to submit
- Destinations or ports. List exact hostnames or IP addresses, or the destination ports you need. Specify TCP or UDP for each port.
- Your use case. Explain what your application will do, including whether it involves signing in, managing accounts, making payments, or acting for other people or businesses.
- Expected traffic. Describe the volume and frequency of requests.
For government domains, request the specific hosts you need. We do not grant blanket access to an entire government domain zone.
Submitting a request
- Complete identity verification in Settings → Profile → Verification and business verification with our team.
- Open the relevant package and go to Settings → Guardrails → Access exceptions → Request exception.
- Enter the destinations or ports and describe your use case.
